Our Brand of Success

March 10, 2023

SFK is very proud to announce that between the years 2020 and 2022, there were a total of seven (7) scholars who graduated from college through the help of the foundation. Their common denominators, all of them are SFK scholars since elementary grade. They are Crystal Fabe Florendo, Mardie Castro, Fe-Anne Cabusas, Grace Sinfuego, Alvin Avanceña, Allen Joshua Rosario and Jessner Caparas. Crystal is a Computer Engineering graduate from Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology. Mardie earned a degree in Information Technology from Quezon City University. Fe-Anne graduated from Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology with a degree in Office Administration. Jessner and Allen completed their studies in Accountancy and Civil Engineering respectively, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Alvin is a Mechanical Engineering graduate at the Technological University of the Philippines and Grace graduated Cum Laude in BS Medical Laboratory Science at Medical Adventist College.  Alvin, Allen and Grace took no chances in preparing for their licensure examination in the midst of the pandemic.

Apart from the regular monthly allowances and assistance these scholars received, the foundation made sure that they get the support they needed in preparation for the examination. These comprise of review and examination fees, including transportation costs while they attend review classes. It has been part of the SFK’s program to cover the cost for these expenses because the Board of Trustees believes that it is the ultimate assistance any scholar should receive to fulfill the goal of the foundation.

Alvin could have taken his board examination in 2021 if it were not for the pandemic. He successfully completed the Licensure Examination for Mechanical Engineers in 2022, owing everything to his effort and from the support of his family and SFK to become a licensed engineer. It came after some postponements of his review classes and the schedule of the exam because of government lockdowns. Following the success of Alvin was Allen Joshua Rosario’s passing his board examination. Completing his degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2020, Allen Joshua is now a licensed civil engineer after passing the Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers in November 2022. Last but not the least; Grace Sinfuego managed to pass the licensure examination for Medical Technologists last March 14, 2023. This milestone is one step closer to her goal of becoming a medical doctor. The SFK Family wishes all of them more success and an abundant life!

Without a doubt, SFK continues to produce highly competent and successful individuals ready for deployment in the mainstream of society. This is a fact that has been passed on from generation to generation of scholars and has become a culture and standard for the generations to come.

SFK family is truly proud of these achievements and will continue to strive for the best. We owe and share the successes of our scholars and of the foundation to our beloved benefactors and sponsors who continues to work hand in hand with us for the past years and in the years to come.
